is it normal?

recently i am so worry about automatic trans.
when I shift the gear from P > D,i feel shake a little bit in car, when i am standing outside, i see my car was slightly shake a little bit, it happens the same when D > P, R > D, D > R. However, the process of shifting the gear was quite fast, the transmission shift gear immediately ..
I dun know if the trans is going worn...
I was just changed the tran fluid two weeks ago

This is always going to happen especially when you're on cold idle and rpm's are higher, relax start worrying when it doesn't change gears....
