if anybody has these coilovers i need some help...

i got them installed about 6months ago and i set the spring to what stance told me to ( i forgot what that was ) but my ride quality on it just sucks... i loosened the dampening all the way front and rear but still rides like verrry stiff... It is a pretty bumpy ride in the front but the rear is a whole other story... i cant even have people ride in the back without slamming their head on the glass/ is just an overall terrible ride quality.

if anyone has any suggestions that would be great
