How to change stock air filter?

How to change stock air filter?
The manual has no directions and I tried everything I could think of, but can't get the old filter out or a new one in. Released all four clips, and took out screw on the drivers side of intake box. Anyone have a step by step on changing the air filter? I did a number of searches and could find nothing on this, just advise on getting new air intakes.
