Is there a way I can powdercoat these rims black gloss but have a chrome lip on them because I hate the all black look. I think it looks better if there was a little bit of chrome on the lip.

u probably could but that wouldnt look good. if you want a chrome lip and black face (like my wheels), get a nice set of wheels with an actual lip

Chrome = ghey on G35's.

Chrome is for big luxury whips, not sport cars.

IMO.

THERE'S NO WAY IN THE WORLD THAT WOULD LOOK NICE. LET ALONE WHERE'S THE LIP????

EITHER YOU POWER COAT THE WHOLE THING OR JUST LEAVE IT ALONE.

What lip? Buy wheels with a lip and powder coat those.

Bought mine for $950 with rubber. They are exactly what you're describing, see my garage.

You need a drop and some spacers.

It would look something like this.... complements of my photoshopped car

click on this thread below for more options of what to do with the 18s... I'm getting them powdercoated satin black (no two tone) in a couple of weeks, if I don't end up just getting rims...

Drop has been taken care of via tein

Spacers I'm not so sure, next summer I plan to go way more aggressive and a little bigger (probably 19s) I'm think' 10" around back though Don't want to waste the money on spacers with a set up that want be around in 8 months.

(edit) btw thank you for making me realize those photos are from april :S Taking those down for some new ones.
