Just a heads up for anyone out there with a coupe still under the powertrain warranty.
I had the airbag light on my guage cluster flashing for about three months now.
In the past, I was able to reset it, and it would stay off for at least six months to a year. over the last few months the light would come back on in a few days.....I checked with two dealers and they said it was not covered in warranty anymore....
I made an appointment at another dealership, getting prepared for the worst. as it turned out, they replaced my drivers side seat bolster airbag that was defective under the warranty......
If anyone is still covered and has this problem, have it replaced....I saved about $600 and I was told that with the airbag light flashing, it disables the airbags until it is repaired.......

wtf? Our airbags go bad after being not in use for years? So, among the other issues we have, here is a new one.
