Exclamation Wheel Bearing Help

So I've had this roar and vibration coming from the right front of my 06 coupe since I bought the car and finally decided to change the right front wheel bearing. I pulled on the wheel and there was no give so I thought maybe it might be one or two ball bearings going bad. I got a new Timiken (however its spelled) hub assembly and installed it but the car STILL has the same roar and vibration (at about 60mph). Whats the deal?!?!

Nitto Neo Gen's on aftermarket rims. Odd thing about it is that the factory Ray's that came off the car did the same thing. Roar and vibration on the right front.

If there is play in the wheel (with the car on jackstands or a lift, grab the wheel and try to tilt it), then it's the bearing. If not, it's the tire (most likely).

No play, so I guess it's the tire. Either way, the right front has a brand new wheel bearing anyway. Are there any other possibilities for what might cause roaring and vibration at speed?
