Another update:

looks like the oil change receipts worked out so far, I bring my car in tuesday for a leakdown test, compression test, and finally they will pull the plenum to check for sludge or something..

at least I get a loaner car, my car is getting worse every day, I can now see small plumes of smoke when I'm at idle and a bit more when I drive every once in a while...

I shall update either Tuesday with dealership info or when I get the car back.. hopefully with a new/fixed motor.. I'm also going to demod the car with exception of the catback exhaust since it's Nismo..

UPDATE!

After performing a series of leakdown tests, compression tests, pulling plenum, etc etc.
The dealership confided with corporate Infiniti and after much long deliberation, they approved me of a new/refurbished motor!!!

They already ordered it and it should be in within a few days or so.

After a month or so of waiting, I finally can drive my car again!

Is there anything to look for or test on a G that I am looking to buy that will show it has oil consumption issues?

Other than taking it to the Dealership for a test?

Quick question. When they replace the motor, do they reset the odometer?
