Warping on the compartment over glovebox
Warping on the compartment over glovebox
Has anyone else had an issue with this? Its the little "mini glove box" for the owners manual. It started on the right side and now the left side is popping up as well.
I have tried to remove this door, but cant figure it out. Any tips? There are 6-7 screws on the underside, but nothing loosens up after these are removed.

After digging deeper into google, I found what I was looking for.

Not AS easy as I thought, but looks pretty simple. I didnt know the glove box needed to be removed.

is this normal??
I plan on fixing it for good this weekend. Hopefully I dont break anything during the removal.
It is normal, its right where the airbag is and it's a soft compartment. It's only normal that it would expand and shrink due to temperatures.

Does anyone have a step by step on how to remove this compartment? (or a link to another discussion that I am missing) The glue is coming loose and I need to re-glue to keep it from popping up all the time.
It's getting pretty annoying.
Thanks for any help!
