how to remove these darn high/fog bulbs?

how to remove these darn high/fog bulbs?

Anyone know how the heck these things come out? Thanks

I just feel a little skiddish shoving my arms and possible my face into a jacked up wheel well. I know with a good jack, it will be alright. It's just a little unnerving for me.

And reinstalling the 2 screws in the wheel liner is a PITA.
