Re: 6mt noise?
I had the same problem around 1500 miles and they told me it was "normal brake-in noise" a.k.a pack sand! Now at 20K miles and a 2 week battle with the dealer and Inf customer service I'm getting a new trans and clutch replaced under warranty. Many 6MT owners have had syncro problems while shifting through the gears. Mine ground from 4th to 6th and 5th to 6th. Dont let the dealer get away with pushing you off. If they can duplicate the problem when they drive it then your cool, something will be repaired. If they cant duplicate it then your up a creek without a paddle.
