I HAVE A 04 G35 COUPE 6SP
I went into the diagnostic mode(which will show up if you push day/night button and map button together for 5-10sec) on the navi the other day while sitting in traffic. i was just going through all the menu options before i realized the last one was 'initialize navi'. it rebooted and i showed up outside LA airport (i'm in texas). Since that day, navi does not work.....I did reset my location using joystick to adjust your current location option.but it seems like arrow does just sit there and just moving the direction but not following me (it's like just arrow is just spin around without going).
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME ...

 

Try ejecting the disc and turning off your car. Then turn on the car and put the disc back in.

 

You need to drive outside. When you reset your Nav it will go to LA, once you start driving with a clear view of the sky it should relocate to were you are. If its not moving the some how your Sat Antenna is not working.

 

Still not working...check the antenna, it says fine....anybody have this same problem????

Try going into the diagnostics mode again and see if there are any other options. You can try the initialize option again to see if it changes. I got a navi, but I don't want to risk it.
