Re: What is the "Card Holfer" for?

I had the same question, and am still not sure. I thought it could hold your gasoline credit card.

One friend suggested that it might be used to hold the "ticket" you get for a limited access toll road. (NJ Turnpike, for example). Another said for the ticket at a parking garage/lot.
All of them sounded a little lame to me, but they were better than nothing. I think the device is pretty useless, unless there is a function not yet mentioned.

I parking card or ticket is what I was told. I can't seem to get my parking card to fit in the one over my head. It's too thick. One that is more like a credit card would be better. Mines a bit thicker and not nearly as pliable. The one under the passenger side visor will fit it, but it's a bit cumbersome to reach.

There are actually two, at least in the Coupe. There is one behind the visor on the passenger's side and the one over the driver's door. Not sure what use that one has except for parking stubs.

Don't put a credit card or anything like that in the one behind the visor. In the summer there is a lot of heat built up at the roofline. Learned that one the hard way. I now have one card that is a potato chip.

Re: What is the "Card Holder" for?

It securely holds and is easy access for Toll tickets...As someone mentioned for NJ turnpike and PA turnpike...Tickets of that sort that I almost always used to misplace in other vehicles and then got to the toll and would have to spend time searching for it...Now I just slide it in the holder and forget about it until its time to pull it back out...Even with windows down the holder holds the ticket in place...Might be real stupid but I really enjoy having it..haha

In Japan, you have to pay a fee to get on the Freeways. So, its real usefull there.

It's considered a freeway because of no stops.

Parking slips, business card, traffic ticket, drivers license..... Lots of use for it. I use mine frequently.

I use mine to hold my company's parking rear view mirror tag. Once I leave work, I slip it in there and it stays nicely.
