Ok well from all that sounds like painting is the way to go if I can find sombody that could do it. Any idea how much people charge for somthing like that??? And also when you paint them can you still use the reverse lights and everything or is it to blacked out for the lights to get through??

depends on how you do it. If you look at my photo's my tails had the reverse lights taped over. But if you look at Jen's hers are solid black.
