To the OP

I just googled your body shop and got the correct info. I went ahead and called fedex and provided the complete information needed for the delivery. Here is your case number with fedex 1002922333, it will be delivered tomorrow.

Thanks!

+1 for Ionic for doing the right thing even though it's OP's responsibility to do so!

Ouch! I dont think he'll come back to this thread, unless he's a big man and does so to apologize or to delete the thread.

Haha damn, don't think ionic should catch flak for this body shop being crap.

I was surprised as heck how fast my ionic grill came. I expected over a week but it was here two business days later... painted!

I feel bad for the good vendors on this site such as Ionic that have to deal with threads like this that could potentially mess up their great reputation.

first off my body shop has emailed him on 2 separate occasions with no answer second my car was involved in a front end accident and needed front bumper replaced and the body shop wouldn't reassemble the car unless all the parts where there and i do apologize to ionic dynamics and appreciate him calling fed ex and hopefully my shop will receive the grill... and just imagine how one of you would feel if you didn't have your G for a month because the grill wasn't received yet cause that's all my body shop told me and i had no info on the order myself until today

This thread is Sorry your G35 was tied up at the bodyshop for so long. My wife's Vette was in the bodyshop for 3 weeks and you couldn't even tell it was hit, issue was parts availability.
