i ordered a grill from them 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived abd i can not get in touch with them at all does anyone have a phone number for them

 

What are you complaining about? You have not emailed me and you only left a visitor message a few minutes ago to witch I just responded with a PM.

These type of posts are NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL. Right of the bat I can tell you that your item has been shipped out on time and that it's probably been delivered.

I always use paypal's shipping so the tracking information was sent to your email directly by them, the info is also readily available in the transaction details page in your paypal account. I also update my GD threads when I ship items out so people can know when they have been shipped out and expect to receive the tracking info.

So why make this post?

I feel bad for the vendors when I see these kinds of threads.. Totally brings the image down.

 

I knew this thread was BS, Ionic bends over backwards to take care of their customers. Having spent a life time dealing with customers this kinda issue comes up when the customer isn't knowledgable....wasn't that a nice way to put it?

That is just plain FALSE, I always respond to every email. Please respond to the PM that I sent you by providing the order information. I need that to give you the tracking info.

Here is your tracking info: 468842410152845 via fedex.com and shipped out sept the 15th, if you check the information you will see that there is a delivery exception, and it states that the address provided by your body shop was incorrect or incomplete.

Please call fedex up and get the info straitened out.

And also I would like to stress that your body shop has never emailed me. I would also like to point out that you never contacted me until today.

Seriously, do some leg works first before post something like this... I'm positive you could have avoided all this if you logged into your Paypal account and checked out what was going on.

 

Oh and does it really take a body shop to swap out the grill???

i purchased alot from him and he always replies quick,delivers quick,
and takes care of me like he does everyone else.


OP. why would you take your G to a body shop to swap a grill?
