G35 OEM wheels on G37 ?

I know many aggressive fitments for the g35 coupe won't fit the g37 coupe. But will the g35 19 OEM wheels fit the g37 coupe without any modifications ?

it will bolt right up, but Ive heard the offset is to aggresive for g37's
