Is this a good deal?

03 laser red/willow/6mt/premium/aero/nav, 13k miles
Certified pre-owned so warranty up to 100k
32,600

Can get a brand new 04 with same package for 36,100.

Can't wait for the 05.

Any suggestions?

I'd keep negotiating.... I got my 03 6mt DG/G prem/aero/nav/splash/sat with 3k miles in April for $33,000. You should be able to get yours for $31,500 or less.
