problems with my car

i got a 2003 g35 6MT and at random times when i go 120km/h all the harazard lights on the speedometer goes on, like the handbrake sign the check engine oil everything goes on and my steering wheel gets stiffer i can barely turn or nothing. when that happens i have to turn off my car and turn it back on then its back to normal. I went to infiniti to ask what was wrong and they couldn't find what the probloem was.

any ideas?

when your engine shuts off, you cluster lights up and you lose power steering... this is a very odd situation. Are you still under warranty/?

Check battery cables! My old tahoe was notorious for vibrating the terminals loose and i can be running 70 in a curve and loose pwr.

Check battery terminals like OBG3506 said. Also, the car may have an alternator crapping out, could also be a bad ground. But it definitely sound electrical.
