I'm trying to gauge how much I could potentially sell my car for if it was stock. It's a 2005 BS Coupe with just under 58k miles. It's in pristine condition less a few rock chips on the front bumper and 1 or 2 on a door. The rear bumper is damaged, but would be brand new if I were to sell it. What is a car like this going for in norcal?
I checked KBB but hear it's not very accurate. It says 15-17,5 trade in and 17-19,8 for private party depending on condition.

I'm really thinking about downgrading (I guess?) to a Nissan 300zx twin turbo. I'm a college student and could use the cash to pay off loans, and future tuition, or save. Any opinions welcome! Anyone know some clean low mileage 300zx TT being sold? I've checked craigslist and found a couple in the 7-9k range with ~60k miles.

Is yours 6mt or 5at? And what color is the interior? Sports/premium package...etc?

 

Sorry I forgot it's 5AT with nav and Bose speakers but no aero or sport package.

 

You could probably get around 17 or 18 for it. Not sure why the trade-in value is so close to the private party value. I've seen ones like yours go for 16-18, usually selling for 1000 less than asking price.
