Not always, but I have to take it slow out of my driveway anyway. I usually do in the winter, and I don't punch it untill it's up to temp.

I give it a minute or two to warm up. You can hear a chance in pitch from the exhaust to let you know it's starting to warm up properly.

No more than 10 seconds or so, for regular daily driving.

Long enough to put my seatbelt on, then I'm out.

I don't have a choice. I usually let my car warm up for about 5-10 minutes.

Here's what I always do. I always start the car the second I get into in and then do all the misc stuff as it's warming up (shuffle CDs, attach iPod etc). 30s-1min is goog enough. Then once driving I try not to rev the engine hard until normal temp. Gs warm up very quickly vs other cars I drove, must be big engine.

spring, summer, fall - I warm it up about 1 minute.

winter- I warm it up until the coolant temp is right in the middle or at least past the 1/4 mark.

Warm weather: start the car, put my cell phone in the drink holder, put on my glasses, pull on my seatbelt, and go.

Cold weather: start the car, walk around the house, come back to the car, check the tires, admire the G, then the above.

What can I say, I like routine

I have remote start.. I start it up while I'm getting ready for work..I leave the heat on in the winter and ac on in the summer.. If I don't drive my car for a couple days I usually remote start it until it shuts off.. Don't know why I do it but I don't like my car sitting in the cold for to long without being started.. Guess I'm weird like that.. Lol

If its above 32, i'll go right away and just keep RPMs under 3k until my Water Temp is about 170degF.

If its below 32, i'll warm up the car until water temp is 100degF, then drive and keep RPMs under 3k until Water temp hits 170degF.

However, i do this only because i'm running a SC. Yeah, i know water temp has nothing to do with the SC, but it just gives me a relative time frame to follow each time.

Every morning I go to work, I get in my car and sit in it while it warms up for 10 mins. I only do this because I can't see my car from anywhere in my apartment, and a salesman at work was warming his car up one morning, went inside his house, came out and it was stolen. My old house I could park right in front of my bedroom window. But I guess now I don't really need to let it warm up for 10 mins every morning. I need remote start...

I live in the Northeast, so during spring-summer-fall I usually just get in and go. In the winter I'll typically let it warm up maybe a minute before driving, then take it easy until its up to temp. If its exceptionally cold, I wait until the temp needle starts moving above the bottom tick mark then take it easy for the first few mins.
