[QUOTE=Wannabe6MT;4639066Nothing like watching people jump in their cars after hours on end in the cold, then just slamming the damn thing into drive after turning the key. Makes me feel sorry for the car.[/QUOTE]
Yes! When I get out of class I see this all the time, kids run out of class jummp in and drive off , I just feel so bad for those poor cars and their abusive owners. Sometimes I pull out of a spot so the person can park and I let it idle for a minute.
* I know its not thats necessary but I feel guilty If I dont spoil her with love. lol

If its above 32, i'll go right away and just keep RPMs under 3k until my Water Temp is about 170degF.
If its below 32, i'll warm up the car until water temp is 100degF, then drive and keep RPMs under 3k until Water temp hits 170degF.
However, i do this only because i'm running a SC. Yeah, i know water temp has nothing to do with the SC, but it just gives me a relative time frame to follow each time.

I have a Scangauge in my truck and it's pretty sweet for monitoring things like water temp, voltage, intake air temp, TPS, Fuel Economy, etc.. but I've only used it in my car like one or 2 times.
