Hit and Run! =[
I had the exact same kind of dent on my car, luckily the guy waited for me. He was backing up and hit my bumper. it cost me 500 for a new trunk and paint. (i would have gone with aftermarket but that was before I belonged to this site) It will definitely be cheaper to repair it than to get a new one, but aftermarket looks better. GL and sorry to hear what happened
Sorry this kinda s... happens! =(

wow.
Yeah I feel your pain.
2 days after I bought my car, I had a hit and run on my driver side rear.
It's seen in some of the pics I've posted of my car, not TOO bad but still bad to me
I'm going to repaint that and the driver side entirely when spring comes back around.

And the note said, "Sorry I hit your car but I'm out a here!" HAHAH Bumper repair can be done by shops like Dentmasters, they not only do paintless dent removal but repair bumpers too. And my wife wonders why I'll take an extra 5 minutes finding just the right parking spot....

dude that sucks i got hit in the same very place it was a hit and run in my case they had to replace the bumper and had damage underneath i had the insurance take care of it cuz the damage was going to cost me like around 1000 so i paid the 500 deposit sucks really bad man.
sucks..truth is, many people just take off after hitting other people's car without looking back.. So screwed up
I agree with the guy who mentioned about taking 5 minutes looking for a right spot to park. I will never park in betweem two POS cars and if it's just one POS, I will leave enough space so that if he opens the door carelessly, it would not hurt my car.
I so often park my car very far away from building entrances, whether it be mall, grocery, school, and my gf always screams at me for parking so far away when there are plenty of spaces that are much closer to the entrance, well, better be walking than sorry.
