Removing black powder coat

I might be buying a G35 6MT with black powder coated 19" wheels. Is there any way I could remove the coat and restore the wheels to the original state?

Yea sanding it then powder coating it to stock color which will cost you about $300+ to do. Unless you want to throw your rim in the oven. You should keep it black it looks better that way.
