I think i've got a major problem...

I've had the manual back seat release not working for quite sometime (always meant to get it repaired but just never go around to it). This morning I went to pop the trunk with my FOB and nothing happened. I tried the interior release and noting happened. I tried the switch in the glove box and nothing happened.
How screwed am I now since I can't access the trunk through the back seat??

Any guidance would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks
Peter

The logical place to start would be with the fuses, beyond that I'd take your G to Nissan and have them fix both areas. Normally much less than going to Infiniti stealerships and I like Nissan mechanics better!

Thank Gary,
I did check the in cabin fuse panel and they seemed okay. I am not sure if there are any trunk related fuses under the hood but I will check this too.

I have an 06 and this happend to me the other day. I believe it was the latch on the trunk not hitting properly that caused it. Because as soon as I pushed down on the trunk lid it worked.

for future reference... just dont fully lock the back seat
i do this with my other car as i have speakers in the trunk and just lay the seat back without locking it so when i blast the music i can lay the seats down
