Quote: Infiniti headquarters is supposed to send any recall letters to the registered owners by obtaining their information from the state in which its registered. Because when people sell their cars, whether it be to a dealer or privately they usually don't notify the manufacture about the sale and its hard to keep up with it thats why whenever they send out any recall letters its always addressed to the registered owner and its done by looking up the VIN
I got this notice a couple of days ago.

I'm the second owner, bought through a private party. This post is probably correct, since I don't know how else they would get my info.

I have heard a clicking noise coming from that area as mentioned as well. My temperature never went up really high however. The clicking noise came after a short stint of hard driving - i was showing a friend my car, then as I dropped him off, i suddenly heard a clicking noise

I have this EXACT same problem.

Others have told me not to worry about it, but I wonder if this warranty covers it?

^also, my friend said it is a common problem w/ nissans and said his altima does a similar thing. Could this clicking noise be burning out the motor or something along those lines?
