Clutch problems after a stupid mistake Need your expert opinions

Hi G35 Friends,
3 weeks back, I parked my car in a strip mall. The parking space was slightly sloped, so after turning off the car and applying the parking brake, I put the shifter in 1st gear just to make sure it wouldnt roll back. I never put my car in gear normally while its parked.
It was 8 PM and dark outside. I came back and started the car without realizing that it was in 1st gear and I released the clutch. My car jolted forward and stalled as the parking brake was still engaged. I was able to start the car only after 2 attempts.
Since then, the clutch has been behaving weirdly. When I am driving in 2nd or 3rd gears the car is hopping randomly. The clutch is getting engaged at different clutch pedal positions on different days. Today, as soon as I started the car, I could feel strange vibrations.
I need your expert opinions on what might have happened due to that stupid mistake. I am worried if I have to change the clutch . By the way, the mileage is 35K and the clutch is the original one.
Thank you....

I can't imagine stalling it out once in a parking lot once would ruin a clutch. I'd bet most people have absent mindedly released their clutch when in gear before in a parking lot. I know I have.
