touchscreen navi

I wanna convert my stock navi to a touch screen unit that runs software such as garmin or tom tom or magellan. Has anybody ever done this?

do a search. a few people have done this. you need a garmin, tom tom, or magellan black box...

yeah i searched but i keep coming across a carputer...I have a garmin just want to know how to wire it in.
