Regardless of noise, why would someone pick P/C over K&N, or the other way around? I am really torn on which one to get.......

 

I've had both. I still have my old K&N, if anyone is interested. I didn't notice much difference in power with the POPCharger over the K&N, but the sound alone is worth the price of admission. I cleaned my POPCharger a couple of weeks ago with the K&N materials (their products include cleaning fluid and JWTs don't). Anyway my POPCharger is now red.
