Re: G35 vs SRT-4
nice pun =)
im 17 also but i think that response was justified for such an immature post
i dont take my car for granted, and i never really got my car for "free". Ive been working my butt in school with good results and my parents knew i loved the car (i framed a pic of it in my bedroom for christs sake, hint or not =P), so i was ecstatic to see it in my driveway one day. I know how lucky i am and for sure i have not worked hard just for a car, but because i want to be successful in the future and that is all my parents wish for

Re: G35 vs SRT-4
but anyway.. back to srt4s
the cool thing is two girls in my hs drive them, both have installed aftermarket bovs, and they sound very nice when they whizz by the tennis courts
BUT, sounding the bov everytime you move a few feet forward in a PARKING LOT is excessive, as much as they like to show off

Re: G35 vs SRT-4
To everyone that says that this car will eat our cars up, I will post a timeslip from my runs with a couple SRT4s at the track. The timeslip on the far left is against a (I think) mostly stock SRT4. It was completely a driver's race and he was gaining hard on me at the end. Another 1/10th of a mile and he would have beat me for sure. I did have a Z-tube installed at the time. The timeslip at the bottom that is turned is against another SRT4 and even though I had an almost perfect reaction time, he still pulled on me hard mid track. I think I remember one of the other SRT4 owners talking about that particular SRT4 and saying it had one of the upgraded stages from Dodge. Here are the timeslips:
