I'm planning on opening my 06 Headlights to install some LEDs.

Question 1: Do I go iron-man style or along the clearance strip?

Question 2: Should I black them out while I'm at it?

I have a black coupe and haven't seen any with blacked out headlights that "wowed" me.

I kinda like the contrast of silver on black, but if anyone has pics of blacked out headlights on a black coupe that turned out well, please post them (and if it's flat or gloss black).

 

I like the contrast of the silver too. Blacked out grille and headlights on a black car is too much black IMO. Unless you're into that look...

leds on the clearance strip are nice. Paint em gunmetal with gunmetal emblem on the grille and gunmetal wheels
