heated seat switch light out
i did a search for what type of light to get to replace my burnt out heated seat switch light. i found this post from a while back.

so i went to the website to look at purchasing some LEDs and modding it like the OP of that post did. i went to checkout and noticed that the lock on the bottom corner of my browser had an exclamation point on it. so i stopped from proceeding. my question to you guys is do you know where i can get these LEDs the OP was talking about from somewhere else? i really want to change it out asap and my driver's side window light is out too. thanks.

apparently infiniti doesn't sell just a bulb for that from what i've read in the threads. they want to sell u a whole new switch. i'm getting some LEDs off of ebay. look up this user, jeledhk. check out their store. they have a crap load of LEDs. like i said earlier, they are 3mm LEDs. and since i'm modding my car to do half amber half white, i'm getting some white one to light up the seat icon, and keeping the amber when it's turned on.

just put the white LED's in. they are freagin too bright. took me a while to figure out that i had to use the supplied resistors. i burnt through a few LED's. but at least it's done. so glad that project is over but wished i would have gotten less brighter LED's now. oh well.
to anyone who will use the vendor i did off of ebay, go with the 12000 mcd brightness. not the 22000 mcd one that i used.

Specifications
I have the specs for the grain of wheat which are used in the Clock: 12VDC-75mA and I believe they are 5mm... Make sure you don't go past the 75mA because I had one that was higher and my clock bulb started to smoke. Not good haha. I quickly disconnected and realized that the 12V wasn't the issue and no harm was done.
