mod kills the warranty?

I am getting an aftermarket OEM spoiler and the greddy's body kits, i wanna know will these mod up destroy my warranty which is 6 years 60000 miles???

Usually the only thing I've ever heard of, is installing an aftermarket spoiler voiding the corrosion warranty, but even then, only on the trunk lid, and only where the bolts are.
