agh freakin rain. before i upgraded to my 06 heads about 5 months ago, i had to replace my driver side ballast because it had gone off on me. now, after yesterdays rain, my passenger wont turn on. i removed the headlight to inspect it and sure enough, when i took off the ballast, there was a small puddle -______-. im trying to blow dry the air off my ballast but i dont think thatll do it. what i dont understand is, everything in my headlight is sealed. all the water caps are intact, how the hell does water still get in here?

Your ballast is still fine. It happened to me few months ago when i had a cracked headlight. Just dry the ballast good and it will work again.

I mean why do you think it happened? Lol its a simple answer.
You have a crack in your headlight somewhere where water enters in from.
You will have to find where water is entering in from, and seal it.

^ lol it doesn't rain that much in CA does it?
it rains every other day here in Vancouver, BC.
actually, we've been lucky there hasn't been snow yet.
