06+ Projectors - What the hell is up with my beam?

My beam seems to be all over the place.
Can someone please tell me what the hell is wrong with my cut off beam?

My passanger side beam has a big yellow round on top of the beam. The driver side has yellow at the bottom.

I tried adjusting it but had no luck getting rid of the yellow blotches everywhere.

These are Philips 6000k D2S bulbs and looked fine on my 05 headlights.

Below are the pics (ignore the two pieces of masking tape, I used it to try to align them).

Yes I'm sure they are D2S. I had them on my TL before the G35 and they don't have that little film thing like the D2R's do. They also have D2S printed on them lol.

then i would figure that they are not sitting flush on the insert. the only reason i can think of for discoloration on two different points on the cut offs would be the bulbs sitting cockeyed in the headlight housing. i would try reinstalling them, or even swapping them between the two lights.

edit: the fuzziness of the cutoffs also make me think the bulbs are not sitting right in the housing.

How far away is the car parked? The stock projectors aren't known for sharp cutoffs.

I had a feeling it could be the bulbs. But I remember carefully putting them in. Looks like I'm going to have to check everything out again, and maybe swap the bulbs around.
