Steering wheel upgrade but need to relocate cruise control

I tried searching for this but could not find any info (I suck at searching).

I am upgrading my steering wheel and cannot live without cruise control. Has anyone on here figured out what wires need to be used to relocate the cruise control switches? 2003 G35 coupe..........

Thanks for any help.

(Not worried about the radio controls)

Cool

Nardi makes a center piece for the cruise control function on quick release steering wheels. Nardi Steering Wheel Center Horn Button with Cruise Controller, Made in Italy, its pretty sweet i might say. I am planning to get one for sure. IF ONLY there was a way to keep the volume controls too... that would make it complete for me... Im still searching if theres a mod, or another application like NARDI... anyone let me know if you find something better...

I have considered this as well. If you are able to find a FSM look up the wiring diagram for the steering wheel/dash area. I'm afraid it would be a bit complicated tho :/

Could you possibly post the link if it's easily accessible for you? That sounds like an interesting read.

It's extremely easy to do.

I found the thread. Go to AT LEAST page 2. On the first page, there's 3 or 4 steps that you don't need to do. 6-9 (iirc) are unnecessary. I don't use cruise...at all...on THIS car, so I never finished this. But, once upon a time, I thought I was gonna do it so I looked into and actually got as far as wiring. Just never connected it to anything. But, I've helped a couple buddies on their Z's because it was their daily. My G is a sometimes in the summer car/slide around like an idiot ( ) car, so I didn't need cruise.
