Need some help with diagnosis of a noise I hear when I press the clutch. It sounds like a gear noise. I replaced the clutch last year, recent did the throw-out bearing and new transmission oil. However, the noise keeps coming back in the morning or after the car has sat for a while. Suggestions?

 

Have you gotten any responses? I just recently started hearing this in my car today. You can hear a grinding type noise when you hold the clutch down. The noise eventually goes away when its been driven for awhile.
