Motordyne 5/16 copper iso thermal spacer will add 10+ horsepower instantly and i also recommend the Stillen Z-tube intake combo!! just got mine and i LOVE it!! I also recommend a True Duel Exhaust for 10 more horsepower.. thats pretty much it unless you wanna go FI!! Thats where the big bucks come in LOL!!!

+1 on for the Motordyne 5/16 copper iso thermal spacer.

I think you should gain some power out of that headers. I dont have one on my g35 but I have headers on my truck which I noticed some HP.

some time this week, I'm going to change the crank pulley for my G35 to a lightweight pulley which many people say the gain about 8-12 hp from that mod.

I dont understand how a spacer boosts hp...explain please. And have u dynoed urs? And i heard the z tube doesnt do anything either. I bought a nismo r tune intake. I guess it probably gave it .0001 hp boost lol. And i heard exhaust systems just make it sound better. But im really looking into headers. And if i had more $$$ i would just get a supercharger
but please explAin that spacer ...

The Motordyne Copper Iso Thermal plenum spacer adds 12HP-14HP and reduces the effect of power robbing heat soak by thermally isolating both the upper and lower plenum. Its 5/16" thickness provides the best overall performance and is fully compatible with your engine cover and strut bar.

All Motordyne Iso Thermal systems keep your upper and lower plenum cooled without the risk of throttle body freezing when driving in cold weather.

And Headers are not worth it for the price and installation... could cost up to $400 just for the installation of the headers.. and maybe gain between 8-12 horsepower from them.. if u got the cash, go for it. if not, i wouldn't bother.. just my opinion

spacers increase airflow into the manifold, intakes don't really do much, just some are better then others, buy one that doesn't cause heat soak, also headers are a good idea, but you might as well get everything, the only real thing that restricts our cars are our exhaust systems mainly headers, if you get headers, high flow cats, and a true dual exhaust or even a y pipe exhaust, you will boost performance, followed by a custom tune, these mods including either a spacer or a new upper manifold will help boost up performance to where it will make you grin, as for shifting and power surges, grounding kit with a voltage stabilizer, and an engine damper will do the trick when it comes down to bang for the buck

I'm not the type to say this, but you really need to do a search. Motordyne spacers are the most recommended and talked about spacer on here and my350z.

The spacers have been proven by numerous people here. The search would have yielded hand fulls of reviews.

You want Motordyne's dyno's? It's here. You want Independent dyno's? It's here and on my350z.

To further assist you, wee need to know what year, if you have an AT or MT, and goals such as N/A or FI.
