Plenum spacer causing issue

Hey guys,
Looking for some possible answers if anyone has run into a similar issue. I am running an 07 5AT coupe and installed a Motordyne plenum spacer today and all went smoothly until I went to crank the car. The first time i went to install the spacer(last night) I had some hissing once i started the car so I knew I missed something. I went back to redo it today and everything went smooth until I tried to crank the car.
I have the smart key for my car but it wont even let me start to turn the key. I can't even partially turn it...basically to where all your electronics come on. At first i thought my battery died, so I tried to jump it, but I still cant turn the key over at all. I am have no idea what could have happened...are there any sensors I could have tripped. Any advice is much appreciated!

Thanks!

from experience of installing first the kinetix v manifold and then later with blox spacer -

the first time i lost too much coolant and one hose disconnected so my car didn't start - cranked only - idk what hose just closed my eyes and did it agin and it was ok -

now with blox it runs fine - did you remember to disconnect the battery negative terminal when you install??? if you didn't then disconnect now after you checked everything else and let sit for 24 hrs and then try again

Make sure all your hoses are on and that all your bolts are torqued to spec.

- check that your MAF is plugged in completely
- make sure the brake & evap vacuum hoses are connected on the plenum
- make sure the rubber thing around the oil filler isn't caught in the plenum (happens a lot)
- make sure everything is torqued to spec and in the correct order

as for turning the key, try jiggling your steering wheel while lifting up on it. sometimes the key won't turn if the wheel is at the edge of the lock position
