Angry Broken Spark Plug bolts P.S. and oil on D.S.

Hey everyone,

I was changing my spark plugs this morning and when i attempted to remove the middle spark plug out on the Passenger side, the bolt holding the spark plug broke in half. Then I went to remove the bolt on the bracket that is in the way of removing the middle spark plug on the P.S. and it broke also. On the D.S. I noticed that there was a little bit of oil on the spark plug threads around the crush washer of the spark plug.

Now, my first question to everyone is will infiniti replace the valve cover on the passenger side because the bolts were already stripped and that was the first time i had ever removed any of the spark plugs.
The second question: Do I have a good chance that they will replace the driver side because of the oil on the spark plug and the crush washer.

The car is out of bumper to bumper but I still have the Engine warranty because I only have 54k on it. The car still starts and runs normal with the coil pack sitting all the way down on the middle spark plug on the P.S. without the bolt

I am confused by your description.. bolt on spark plug? Do you mean the spark plug itself or the bolt holding the ignition coil pack?

Best way to describe this would be to take a screen shot of the FSM and circle the things you busted and/or take photos of the damaged parts.
