Downside is, there is only isn't a local dealership anywhere here. The closes 1 was shut down. LOL (Costa Mesa Infiniti).

I now have to choose between Tustin or Cerritos.
Mission Viejo is another choice for ya.
I personally despise going to Tustin Infiniti.
The service advisors I've dealts with there are all snobs and not friendly at all.

My trip for a warranty service, I took it to Riverside and it was sure well worth the extra drive.

Riverside Infiniti FTW!

thats strange,
Are you using synthetic? If not, that's really strange why Moncton would charge you $50. I get mine done at Coyle Nissan in Saint John.

Did that dealership start with an H, end with a tt, and have a ya in the middle? They suck!

I wouldn't hesitate to take my G to a Nissan dealer for routine issues. So far mine's always gone back to the Infiniti dealer as it's a bit closer, they treat me great, and it's had a speaker rattling issue that they finally fixed under warranty. I'd get my oil changes at the same time that they kept trying to fix the rattle.

It's odd where I live....for some weird reason my infiniti dealer charges LESS than my nissan dealer for the same parts. Crazy people I tell ya.

Ah yes... seems you've had the same experience.

I won't be going there again any time soon.

Well I used to take my car to nissan dealership, but then i found Beshoff. Never again will my car go to a nissan dealership haha.
Nissan dealerships offer good service and usually better prices than infitniti though, so unless you live in the bay area(or socal because I've heard Riverside is good), I wouldn't hesitate taking it to a Nissan dealership.

I was quoted $975 for a 30k mile service at Infiniti and $550 at Nissan. Your choice.
