Riverside Infiniti Thread Update
I made a post about the high prices at Riverside Infiniti and being unhappy earlier......I TAKE IT BACK. lol
All dealerships are expensive.....so I shouldn't be shocked.
BUT - After dealing with Fresno Infiniti - I must say - RIVERSIDE OWNS!!!!!
I had a blow out on the 5 South going to LA. I was about 150 away from the Bay and 215 miles from LA. Towed to Fresno Infiniti.......
They call me in the morning and quote me $900 for some Nitto rear tires!!!! WTF?!!?!?!?!
Even worse....they dragged my car and I could see the tire shredded down the service center...... The lady there seemed like she was extremely unaware of anything car related and insisted that my car was too low to check anything under the car...(i listed a leak as another problem)
I ended up getting towed to an America's Tire to get some Michelin Pilot Sports for a good $350 less than Fresno's Infiniti's ripoff.
All the Fresno guys did was tell me how they can't do anything to my car because it's "modified" and what not. Royal pains. And it wasn't just me that didn't like them. My sister was with me and thought they were acting worse than the Ford dealerships. A friend put us up for the night and her mom took us to the dealership. She has a Lexus and couldn't stop telling me how much nicer and better the Lexus people treat their customers. When she heard the voicemail that I got stating that Fresno Infiniti wanted 900 for some Nitto's....she may have been more shocked than me.
I don't think I've ever gone to Riverside and heard them complain about my aftermarket parts and tell me they can't do something.
Oh.....and my battery was dead too. Fresno Infiniti said "you have some sort of electrical problem. We can find out what it is but it will cost you $50. WTF?! $50 to pop the hood and tell me my battery is dead?!?!?!?!?!? I replaced my battery with a Red Top 34/78 800 1000 and it worked beautifully. Last I checked, Riverside checked my battery AT NO COST.
So this thread is a BIG THUMBS up to Riverside Infiniti - and a MAJOR THUMBS DOWN to Fresno Infiniti.
From now on....all work to be done in Riverside.

Sounds like my Vegas vacation a few years ago....Ouch! We were driving my '92 300ZXTT and got to Baker when my radiator popped it's side tanks. Between the tow and a new radiator from Nissan that trip cost me $1200 before I got to Vegas. This included a 10% charge cause I wanted it fixed by the next day. Seems like if you're on the road in a bind they see ya coming....![OHBOY](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/ohboy.gif)

I wish I lived close to an Infiniti dealership .. My nearest one is 50 miles away, and not even in the same state.
But my local Nissan dealership has always been good to me. Not that I've needed any major work done -- but the few times I've been in there, they've taken good care of my G. But I think they sense that I'm a bit psychotic over it, LOL.
I had a punctured radiator back when I owned my Mazda, when I was away from home. Damn bolt in the bracket holding on the slim fans punched right through -- next thing I knew, smoke was pouring out of my vented hood and I was drifting the car into the closest parking lot with my coolant gushing all over the block and the road. I had no choice but to tow it to the nearest Mazda dealership -- which I dreaded, because my 'home' Mazda dealership had always been *******s about my mods. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 'emergency' Mazda dealership -- they had my car fixed in a couple days at a good price, and even remounted my slim fans better than I had in the first place!
Not all dealerships are bad. But some really do suck.
