theres angel eyes(normally blue) and demond eyes(normally red) like pictured

 

most states red and blue lights in general are off limits no matter the location of them

 

^ but like I said, see a cop flick the hids on, they wont be able to see it.

and usually when most people wire it they set the angel/demon eyes as their fogs.

theres no point in setting them with the hids because u cant see them

Yeah i think you mean angel eye. Demon eyes are making the projector glow a certain color.
