City lights '06 coupe

Has anyone decided to go without these annoying lights? If so, how did you go about it? Also, is there an easier way to change these lights without taking off the tires?

I replaced mine with white LED's, so it looks a lot better. I took my wheels off since I did the sidemarker blinker mod at the same time. But you might be able to get away with just turning the wheel all the way.

I replaced mine with LEDs and it makes it look alot better. Only other way is to remove front bumper and take the head lights out. I did it just to see how hard it was to do and I must say it was a PITA

For those who just got rid of them, is there an indicator light on the dashboard saying the lights are out? That would also be annoying.

the city light can save your life - this thing is a great daytime running lamp if you treat it that way instead of wasting hours of your time removing something that can serve a purpose
