Wouldn't this one be better since it has a lower minimum clearance? Or is that difference not that significant?:

I was actually thinking of going to pick one up today, along with some floor stands.
Def. get the 1st one. The jack plate is big and flat so it doesn't fvck up the jack points!!

I like this one, I just wasnt sure if it'll fit under my car without ramps after I get my ings sides on. Some jacks barely fit under my car as it is with only my stock sport sides...

^At the very most you'll need 2 small 2x4's but def. not ramps.

Cool, thanks.

A little off topic, but I've always wondered. What do you guys that are slammed or can barely fit a jack under your car do when you have a flat tire on the road? You all carry your floor jacks in the trunk? Even then, how do you get the jack under your car? Lol.

I call AAA now.

In the past with my Civic that's slammed I would use the scissor jack that came with the car to raise it enough to get the floor jack underneath. Yeah, it's a bit of a pain in the azz.

keep a deflated basketball or football in the trunk, along with a mini compressor. put the ball under the pinch welds and inflat untill your jack slides under, jack car up and change the tire. not kidding. not even a little bit

the steel one (orange) is the lowest that harbor freight sells if you are really concerned with saddle height
