also guys, i got an email about a future sale where the steel 2-ton low-pro jack is gonna go for $65

i got mine when it was on sale for that same price and used 25% off coupon. it really is a great jack and the lowest saddle that HF carry. sucks its steel but its not much heavier than the alum ones. according to the weights on the boxes, it was just about a 10 pound difference. not like youll be lifting it and carrying it around with you.

btw, i did some searching and came across an old thread some of you might be interested in for those jackstand adapters....

I use the frame rails to sit on my jack stands. Don't use the pinch welds either.

Sorry for bringing up a dead thread! Been doing alot of searching and have already messed up my pinch welds some. I would like to know or see a pic of the best place for jack stands that have a Y shape when doing suspension work... Thanks!

I always use the manual to jack the car up. Drive up on 2x4"s and jack at the center front circle. Then put the y shape jack stands right on the frame. The ones from HB fits perfect on the frame rail. Done. Using the pinch welds will at some point if not careful fold over.

Thanks! Any pictures? feel stupid for asking, but what part of the frame? I feel like I'm going to jack through the floorboards
