What to do, what to do.
So i posted in the "what mods should i put on my coupe thread" but no one helped.
Im not really into all of the technical parts of cars, but i care about how they look. And my car as of right now is stock, but i want to put a lot of cosmetics into it.
I would appreciate anyone who helped me with the following subjects.
First of all my car is a straight up black stock 5sp Automatic
Hood: I liked the hood with the 6 slots going down the middle, but could never find the name for it.
Color: I'm looking to go for a competition orange; but my mind is open to various other colors aswell. I wouldnt mind having a purple or lime green Skyline. - Also for paint Ive seen a sick black 335i with a greenish lip around the rim and both of the side view mirrors painted that same color
Rims : This is the tough part because I do not know yet what color my car will be, but most likely i will go with black rims with a lot of spokes.
Ground effects: This is where I am completely lost. I have no idea what kind of front bumper, skirts, back bumper i want. I loved Caskylines effects, but i dont know if they're in my price range.
Also I would like to get a muffler before i have enough money to buy a full exhaust kit.
All flaming
Constructive critism is welcome.
Thanks to all of you that responded.

My advice to you is, "not to do anything" until you've attended several G35 meets and SEARCHED for answers to your questions. Check out new car agencies for colors, when you find something that "Rocks your Boat" get the paint code. Use our SEARCH to find the body kit you like and while you're doing that check out wheels and how they look with the front bumper and sides you like. You've got a lot of work to do but take each step slowly so not to make expensive mistakes....our parts aren't cheap! I have yet to see anyone paint their G House of Color Dark Emerald Green Candy....something to consider.

for one thing why would u paint the car orange?? uh oh!!! also dont just buy a muffler if u cant afford a full exhaust then u sure cant afford Caskylines body kit. ha this isnt a mustang where u can just put a flowmaster on the car, please dont do that its trash, just save up go to events, meets, shows, and see whats poppin out there make some ideas up of ur own.
Actually there was a dude here that installed just a flow master muffler and it sounded pretty good, better than expected-I think he used the camaro muffler.
Dude, its your car so stop rushing, take your time and find what YOU like, then start your research. Cause the way you sound now you will just be pissing money away buying things that someone suggested. like said go to meets or just your local tuner type shops and ask questions cause what look good in black may be horrible in competition orange, although i think the orange he is refering to is the dude that has that wide body show car G, cant remember his name.
