Take it out to a track day and give it a go! I agree with most the folks here, that its not the best idea, but the G will certainly do it...for a lil while

Why not get a track car (a G35 is not one in case you are having yet more brain farts) and race?

Drifting is slow and uber-gay - it only impresses limp-dicked tweenies.

It's like Dressage compared to Horse Racing.

Fail.

Agreed. If you're going to try and learn, take it to the track and STAY OFF public roads. That way if you screw up you're only going to hurt yourself and not someone else. The only way to learn is to try it. The act of drifting isn't that hard. Go around a corner, punch the gas.

It's not entirely the best way to drift, but if you have a large loose gravel lot near you, it's a good place to practice. You can drift, with VDC off, at rather low speeds. At least lower than if you were on tarmac.

Yes power steering. Because mine just went out and I'm debating on replacing it or just shorting the belt

Look up drifting in la, San Bernardino I own a convertible stage 2 turbo g37 and have nuthing but fun in this car when it comes to drifting or anything look that up hmu and you might get my specs for What I have

Drift the g

Drifting a g is a ton of fun turn that vdc off get some coils and go to the track and rip.
