ecu flash

I bought my G35 coupe brand new back in 06'. I've finally decided to do some after market stuff and have gotten some great feed back on this forum. I plan to do CAI, flowmaster exhaust, high flow cats, paddle shifters, powder coat stock wheels and paint front grille. Just to start.

My question is does reflashing the ecu do anything on its own (free up horsepower) or do the mods need to take place to get any real gains.

Thanks Charlie 06' 5at fully stock

Mods don't matter, but a reflash won't do any good without a dyno tune.

Additional modifications only help improve the gains after a tune.

And if you get the reflash before the mods, then you'll just have to get it retuned again.

they say you can pick up like 16hp from a tune alone, all stock at Technosquare
