WeatherTech Floor Mats

Hi- i am new to the forums, just bought a 07 g35 coupe. I love the G35!!! One thing ...don't order the weather tech digital fit floor liners, as they fold over when you put the driver's seat forward and just generally fit awful. The fit is too loose around the sides. I have them in a 09 Murano and the fit fine, but I guess they got the wrong pattern for the G35. I have emailed the owner twice and have not gotten a response. And they aren't cheap !!

That's strange Fred, WeatherTech are usually great fitting.
A number of guys with the 2nd gen G35 have reported excellent fitment.
Is there any chance that they did something silly like ship you sedan mats instead of coupe?

These are the digital fit ones. Maybe the other more rubbery ones fit better. The box says G35 ...but the 09 Murano ones fit good. Go figure. Maybe that's a good point.....but if they are only for the 4 door, then it should be specified.....

Does anybody know if the same mats go in a four door AND a coupe? Maybe that is the problem?

Yeah, it was the digi fit that I was referring to as well.
Weird.

So your mats fit good and tight on the sides...I wonder if the coupe has a wider floor in the front, the back mats fit fine. But does your driver side mat fold over if you run the seat pretty far up? (my wife sits very close to the steering wheel)

thanks

Thanks for the links. I posted in one of them, looking for a G35 coupe driver that also may have them. The pics I can find seem to show sedans.

thanks

Sedan mats and coupe mats are very different.

Well all i can say then is DON'T order ones for the coupe. On the order page for weather tech there is no pick/indicator for sedan/coupe. Wish i had known. Should have checked with you guys first. Live and learn.

thanks
