I'm doing a projector retrofit in the low beam pod on the coupe headlights and it looks like the top projector I picked needs about 3-4" extra protrusion on the back to fit right. My question is, how much space is there until it will hit the wheelwell liner? Thanks!

 

like an inch? 3-4 is probably too much. You could always remove the liners?
